Our Design, Finance and Operate/Transfer (DFBO) Service Model allows us with expertise and experience in design, construction and financing to work with public sector and individuals on projects we believe can trigger transformation of communities.

Once such projects are carefully identified through stakeholder engagement, we design, arrange financial resources and undertake the works. With this service approach, we have already initiated and delivered a number of development projects that include:

  • Arua Hill Stadium and Business Park in partnership with Arua City Council valued at USD 10 Million;
  • Entebbe Sports Arena in partnership with Entebbe Municipal Council Valued at USD 5 Million;
  • Hoima Stadium in partnership with Hoima City Council valued at USD 18 Million.

Tower Hill Estates-Liberia in partnership with National Housing Authority of Liberia valued at USD 15 Million.
